John was the first person I talked to and was very helpful with the whole process. I told him what I wanted, but they didn't have one in stock and said they would order one. Rick, the owner took time with me and made sure I was getting what I wanted. My bike arrived just as he said it would, within a week. Being a beginner rider, he also offered to work with me and get me used to it, to ensure my safety. He cares about his customers and wants them to be happy. Can’t ask for anything more.
